At Pacifica, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and experience. That is why we offer an easy return process.
Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. You can return any items once received, with the exception of Last Call items, by using our return process outlined below.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of products from Pacificabeauty.com only. Items purchased from a Pacifica retail partner will not be accepted. Samples & free gifts with purchase are not returnable. If you receive a promotional item with purchase, you will be charged for these promotional items if you return the qualifying item. We cannot accept returns from outside of the US. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pacifica does offer price adjustments on purchases made within 7 days before a markdown or sale.
All Last Call Items are Final Sale. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. No Exceptions.
Once your order is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
When making your return, you may instead opt to receive a gift card instead of a refund to your credit card. The gift card will include an extra 10% to spend on your next order on pacificabeauty.com.
