Apply 1-2 dropper full to clean skin after cleansing. Do not use with other retinoid products. Always start with a patch test before using any new skincare product. Use sunscreen daily and limit sun exposure while using this product.
Care Caution: While Granactive Retinoid is less irritating than retinol, if irritation occurs, discontinue use. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children. If pregnant or nursing, consult your doctor before use. Use sunscreen daily as retinol can increase sun sensitivity. Store in a cool, dry place.

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. You can return any items once received, with the exception of Last Call items, by using our return process outlined below.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after receipt of products from Pacificabeauty.com only. Items purchased from a Pacifica retail partner will not be accepted. Samples & free gifts with purchase are not returnable. If you receive a promotional item with purchase, you will be charged for these promotional items if you return the qualifying item. We cannot accept returns from outside of the US. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pacifica does offer price adjustments on purchases made within 7 days before a markdown or sale.
All Last Call Items are Final Sale. No Returns, Refunds, or Exchanges. No Exceptions.
For Returns:
Once your order is received, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card within 5 business days. Depending on your credit card company, it may take up to 14 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
