All orders ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship over the weekend or on select US Holidays (see warehouse closure list below)

Ground orders placed before 10am PST will be sent within 1-2 business days. 

To qualify for the free shipping promo over $50 you must have a post-discount cart value of $50 or more at the time of checkout.

For expedited delivery please use 3 Day Shipping option. Note that all orders placed after 10am PST will go out in 2-3 business days.

Lost, stolen or damaged packages

We highly recommend opting in to ensure that your package is protected from theft, loss, or damage in transit.

Pacifica Beauty is not required to refund or replace orders where Route was not added. Please refer to our returns/exchanges page

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you or the recipient are not at the shipping address provided when your order arrives, it is the shipping carrier’s discretion to decide whether a package is safe to drop off or not. If your carrier leaves you a door tag upon delivery and you refuse the tag’s request, we will not issue a refund or replacement for orders. It is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements with the carrier to receive their order.

Restricted Items

The US Department of Transportation restricts shipment of certain items by method and volume. Pacifica Beauty’s current list of restricted items include:

  • Hairspray
  • Nail Polish
  • Continuous Spray Bottles
  • Spray Perfume
  • Roll-on Perfume
  • Sunscreen
  • any item with high concentration of alcohol.

As such Pacifica will not ship, refund, or replace these items to the following addresses:

  • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Guam
  • PO Boxes
  • APO/FPO Military Addresses

All orders (Domestic, non-contiguous, and Canadian) containing perfume, nail products, Sprays and any products that are Hazardous have new shipping regulations.

  • Must be shipped ground.
  • Cannot be shipped expedited shipping.
  • The customer will have to be home when delivered or picked up at a drop-off location. The carrier will leave a door tag if you are not home, and you will need to call them for the arrangements of pick up. If the package is not picked up by the customer, Pacifica Beauty will not be responsible for refunding or replacing the shipment.
  • Shipments that are refused by the customer or not picked up will not be replaced or refunded.

 

APO / FPO Military Addresses

We can only ship to these locations via USPS Priority Mail. Due to handling time, delivery may take up to 30 days.

Canadian Shipping

All Canadian orders ship via UPS.

Customers are responsible for all brokerage fees, customs duties, and GST, that may be imposed on them upon delivery. By submitting your order with an international destination, you agree to pay all applicable duties and fees upon arrival. Please contact your local customs office and UPS with any questions regarding the importing of our products.
