  • How do I get samples?

    We offer one free sample with any order over $25. You will be prompted by a popup to choose your sample during checkout. To change your free sample, navigate to your cart, remove the sample product and begin the checkout process again to choose your sample.

  • How do I place a return or exchange?

    Pacifica will gladly accept returns on Pacificabeauty.com orders within 30 days unless the item is marked as final sale. Please see our returns & exchanges page for complete information we only accept returns for items purchased through Pacificabeauty.com. if you purchased a Pacifica item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    For orders inside the US (excluding AK & HI), standard shipping is free for orders $50+ and for orders under $50 we offer a standard rate of $5.95.

  • How long will it take to ship?

    Orders must be placed by 11:59 PM PT to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and orders will arrive within 3-5 business days from when the order is processed. Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday.

  • Does you ship to APO/FPO military addresses?

    We can only ship to these location via USPS Priority Mail. Due to handling time, delivery can take up to 30 days. We cannot ship restricted items to these addresses.

  • Do you ship to PO Boxes?

    Yes we do ship to P.O. Boxes with some restrictions. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority. We cannot ship restricted items to P.O. Boxes.

  • Returns

    Returns are accepted within 30 days after purchase from Pacificabeauty.com only. Items purchased from a Pacifica retail partner will not be accepted. Free gifts with purchase are not returnable. See our returns & exchanges page for more information.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Presently, we ship internationally only to Canada.

  • Are there restrictions shipping to Canada?

    We only ship UPS to Canada. Brokerage fees apply. See Canadian Shipping

  • Is shopping secure?

    Our servers employ advanced encryption technology to ensure a secure shopping environment for our valued customers. The entire order process, from shopping cart to checkout, takes place on a secure server and can be verified by checking your browser's security icon. Internet Explorer displays a padlock when the page you are viewing is hosted by a secure server. You will also notice that the URL of a secure page begins with "https" instead of "http."   • The product I want is out of stock, what can I do?

    If a product is out of stock, you can sign up on the products page to get notified when it comes back in stock.

  • What are Girl Code Points?

    This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts and free products, so the more you collect the more you save.

  • How can I Join?

    By creating an account at Pacificabeauty.com, you are automatically enrolled in the program.

  • How do I earn Points?

    You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the Earn Points tab in the menu.

  • How do I view my point balance?

    Your point balance will be on your account page below your name and email. You can also find it on your rewards page.

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Select the tab called Redeem Points. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

  • Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

    No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

  • What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?

    Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.

  • Why did my account balance go down?

    You, or someone you referred, cancelled or returned a purchase.

  • I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

    It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. If you still do not see your points, please contact us.

  • Can I use my points during checkout?

    You can use our points slider to use points during checkout. If you decide not to use the points after selecting, they will be added to your rewards account in the form of a discount code to use at a later date.

  • How do I leave the program?

    If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

  • What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

    Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

  • Where can I report a problem or give feedback?

    Please use our normal contact details.

  • What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?

    Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately
    Pending: These points are need to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
    Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)
