Please include a note with your order number and reason for return. Online orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Shipping costs are not included in refunds. Free samples and free gifts with purchase are not returnable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on all non-defective item returns. For replacement of damaged or defective items not purchased at pacificabeauty.com, the item must be shipped to our warehouse in order for a replacement to be sent. For orders placed at pacificabeauty.com, please contact customer service for a pre-paid return label for any damaged or defective item. Customers are responsible for shipping back non-defective items or items not purchased through our website. Delivery Confirmation is advised.
We do not back order items. Instead, we will contact you if an item is out of stock and let you know when it will be available again.
